I have puttered around today. I laid out another 3 quilts so I have 4 out of the 7 for Vashon Youth and Family Services laid out. Then I helped one of my students with his research paper which is due on Tuesday. After that I wove a few inches on my green towels (at least I think they will turn out to be towels). It has been a good weekend, and I am especially pleased that I have come up with a plot line for my next novel just in the knick of time. I’ve been stewing over it for nearly two months, watching the first of November approaching. Then, all of a sudden, all my ideas came together, and I am pleased with what I have roughed out for a plot line. I will be ready to begin National Novel Writing Month on Thursday. Then we’ll see if I can still manage to write 1660 words/day for 30 days. Last year I did it by writing first thing in the morning, especially on days where I had to go out. Not sure I can manage that now, so I may have to write even more on the weekends. I shall see, but at least I have a plot to start me off and I feel really good about that!
