Thanks goodness it is Friday! I had both a therapy appointment and a visit with my osteopath and the consensus is that I need to find a way to get my second sauna/hot tub soak back into my life. I’ve been too tired to do it after dinner for quite awhile now and my pain levels just continue to rise. So I’m going to try doing it before dinner which means I’ll be posting earlier. Not sure if this will work on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I have students until 5:30 or this coming Wednesday when I tutor until 6:30, but for today it works. I just finished tutoring my one student for the day and now I’m calling it quits. I’ll read in my sauna for about 30 minutes and then have a soak in my hot tub. After that, I’ll feed my fur friends and then eat my dinner as I watch TV and play games on my iPad before heading to bed. I’m hoping this new routine will work. Time will tell, but thankfully the weekend is here! One week until National Novel Writing Month begins!!
