I am so glad this week is coming to an end! I did have a number of questions to answer in Student Link today which was nice. And then after lunch I worked on piecing a quilt top until my students arrived. I helped one with physics and one with SAT prep for his history subject tests this Saturday. Then I finished most of the piecing of the quilt top. I just have a border to put on and I’m debating what fabric to use. Then I’ll have both tops made for the quilts I’m doing for a mother and three year old daughter through Vashon Youth and Family Services. So far my shower is still not frozen but tonight will get down to 23 degrees and tomorrow night even lower at 15 degrees so I suspect it is only a matter of time. But it won’t last as things are supposed to warm slowly after that. I saw a few snowflakes this afternoon, but nothing real, and I also spotted a hummingbird several times. It is cold out there!
