I spent the morning writing. I wrote a poem for this week’s Sunday Whirl, something I haven’t done now for several weeks. It is called The Spider and the Robin. Then I also wrote the fourth part of my serial story, Sabrina and the Dragons. And I gave a friend some feedback on a wonderful story she sent me. Then I switched to quilting. I cut fabric for several small quilts which I will make and donate to Seattle Children’s Hospital. My plan for my break is to alternate editing my novel with quilting. I think the two activities will balance nicely. And finally, I read a novel and wrote its review. Time now for a quiet evening.
