I wrote the penultimate chapter in my book today at Camp NaNoWriMo. My word total is now 75,456 words. I will finish my first draft of this novel tomorrow–at least that is the plan. Then I did my homework for my online Haibun class with Alan Summers. This was the final assignment and the class has been really good. After that I started work on a new puzzle and also finished a review book and wrote its review. Tomorrow my new landscape guys come and I’m hoping that they can come up with some plans that will be nice but not cost a fortune. Needless to say, the removal of my ponds was not on my list of spring budget items but then life happened. The weather today has been really screwy, sunny one minute and pouring rain the next. I did sneak out between downpours to pick up dog poop so that the backyard, at least, would be a little less hazardous for my landscape guys.
