I took a copy of my latest novel to the library on my way to an appointment. When I got home, I helped a friend pick out fabric for the quilt I’m making her–a new beginnings quilt. Then I finally measured, sorted, and labeled all my quilt batting, so I know what sizes I have and where they are. Then I finished my puzzle. Oliver and I walked farther than we ever had, once again. We got to the start of a nature trail by the schools. I didn’t think the trail would do my knees any good and it’s pretty muddy, but it’s something to look forward to. Tomorrow is the start of National Novel Writing Month and I’m all set, I hope, to start my 6th novel.
